Advance Care Directives
Advance Care Directives replace Enduring Powers of Guardianship from 1 July 2014. In the first instance, the Office of the Public Advocate will provide preliminary assistance, advice, dispute resolution and declarations about Advance Care Directives.
The Guardianship Board may revoke, vary, review a matter dealt with by the Public Advocate, make a declaration and give directions about an Advance Care Directive download an application
